My vacuum cleaner does not suck, what should I do?
Clean the air filtration system (central flow) approximately once a month, depending on the frequency of use.
- The 1st method is easy and quick cleaning:
Wipe the filter system with a soft cloth.
- The 2nd way is deeper cleaning:
Rinse the parts with clean water and allow to dry for 6 hours. To maintain cleanliness, we recommend cleaning the filters regularly.
In some cases, nozzles, tubes or hoses can become clogged with dust accumulations. Make sure that nothing interferes with suction, if necessary, clean the blockage
Where and when will I need to clean the microfilter, foam filter and high efficiency filter?
Foam filter and microfilter should be cleaned once a month, or when you notice that the suction force has decreased. Foam filter and microfilter should be rinsed under running water and dried for 12 hours. The High Efficiency Filter cannot be cleaned, it is recommended to change it once a year
Do I need to regularly produce a replacement of filters? Where can I buy new filters?
High Efficiency filter should be changed once a year. The filter (model ZR902401) can be purchased at a local store or an authorized service center
The vacuum cleaner stops during operation
The vacuum cleaner overheat protection switch has been activated. You need to clean the engine filter, replace the micro-filter (on some models) and replace the dust bag or empty the dust collector. Then wait 30 minutes before starting the appliance again
The power cord does not fall completely
If the power cord slows down during winding, pull it out completely and press the cord rewind switch
Your vacuum suction is poor, making an unusual noise or whistle
This problem may be due to several reasons:
• blocked suction flow: check the hose or nozzle
• The container or bag is full, replace it or clean it (depending on the model)
• The filter system is clogged, clean or replace it
• The transverse regulator is open, close it. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service center
