To prepare kofta, mix in a medium-sized bowl all the ingredients until well combined.
Form the mixture into small sized patties. Cover and leave aside.
Cut potatoes into medium sized wedges. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and rosemary. Add oil and mix to combine. Put the mixture in actifry and cook for 50 minutes.
Remove potatoes from Actifry. Add kofta patties and cook for 12 minutes. Serve kofta hot along with potato wedges.
