It’s hard to narrow down the countless recipes that you can prepare with eggs and serve for breakfast. If you’re a breakfast lover looking to create variations with eggs, these recipes couldn’t be more perfect!
Beat 2 eggs, cheese and 2 tbsp of water in a bowl. Season with salt, sumac and black pepper. Melt butter in your simplicity non-stick pan . Add your egg mixture and cook until well done from both sides. You can even add spinach and/or carrots. The options are endless.
Preheat some olive oil in your non-stick pan on low heat. Add 2 chopped onions, 4 cloves of garlic and 1 sliced bell pepper. Cook until seared then add 4 chopped tomatoes. Stir the mixture and season with salt, black pepper, sumac and cumin. Create 4 holes in the mixture and crack an egg inside of each. Cook for 5-6 minutes then serve garnished with chopped parsley.
Brush your non-stick pan with some olive oil. Crack 4 eggs and beat them using a fork. Cook until well done, then season with salt, black pepper and sumac. Prepare 4 toasts using your toaster and add slices of avocado over each one. Add your scrambled eggs, garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
